Complete our enquiry form and discuss your finance requirements with our team. | Once we have details of what is needed, our underwriter can issue a Decision in Principle (DIP) within 24 hours. | We can instruct valuation the same day as issuing the DIP. Subject to the type of valuation required, we can often get the report back within 3-5 days. Desktop/AVMs can sometimes be used for instant valuations (case by case/subject to property type). | Solicitors can be instructed at the same time as valuation for urgent transactions or once the valuation report is back. Solicitors will raise the relevant legal enquiries and work with Encore Property Finance to ensure these are satisfied in a timely matter. | Once all legal enquiries have been satisfied and the underwriters are happy that all loan conditions have been signed off, funds can be released. |
